The Whois and RDAP services are provided by 17EX, and contain information pertaining to Internet domain names registered by our customers.

By using this services you are agreeing

(1) not to use any information presented here for any purpose other than determining ownership of domain names,

(2) not to store or reproduce this data in any way,

(3) not to use any high-volume，automated，electronic processes to obtain data from this service.

Abuse of this service is monitored and actions in contravention of these terms will result in being permanently blacklisted.

Access to the Whois and RDAP services is rate limited. 17EX wishes to clarify its position on the use of the Whois service.

The Whois protocol (described in RFC 3912) provides information in a human-readable format.

It was not designed for consumption by automated systems, but serves to provide information regarding domain name registrations.

2. Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse of the WHOIS system and the information stored in the WHOIS database, 17EX imposes relevant service limits on its Whois system.

17EX reserves the right to temporarily block query sources where needed to ensure the stability of the Whois service,or to protect personal data from bulk collection.We periodically analyse query logs to detect patterns of abusive activity and will take steps to prevent or mitigate any abusive activity found.
